Does Transylvania Celebrate Halloween?

Sorry I am at a loss for answers, and have hit a brick wall, I need help!


This was asked to me by a little child, and although I'm not sure of a proper answer I did tell her that Transylvania celebrate Halloween in its own way.

I used to live in Sibiu a few years ago, so I have enjoyed reading your blog. When Halloween came around a few people here and there celebrated it, but it was still very much a Western holiday.
